We are developing the first prototype of the online training program . The training program contains 4 modules and includes:
- The online program offers examples on how to promote gender mainstreaming in general and in particular examples on :
- How students and teachers perceive gender in the STEM areas
- Preferences related to different teaching and pedagogical models
- Examples of areas students expect get examples in different courses
- The importance of language and concepts to promote gender and equality
- Examples that illustrate the importance of gender in STEM courses
- Check lists that allow teachers and academic staff to evaluate teaching material
- Examples of how to connect gender and equal opportunities with quality systems
