Mentoring Program Materials

Are you considering launching a mentoring program? Do you want to improve an existing mentoring program? We have resources for you! Learning videos, a guidebook, and a mentor training package, depending on what you need, what your learning style is, or how much time you have.

Based on a systematic literature review ³, focus group interviews, and our mentoring program experience, we have developed 7 videos on setting up and running a mentoring program aimed at gender balance in the STEM field. We also provide a comprehensive guide with more details and a mentor training guide.
