Mentoring Program Materials

Mentoring resources

Are you considering launching a mentoring program? Do you want to improve an existing mentoring program? We have resources for you! Learning videos, a guidebook, and a mentor training package, depending on what you need, what your learning style is, or how much time you have.

Based on a systematic literature review 3, focus group interviews, and our mentoring program experience, we have developed 7 videos on setting up and running a mentoring program aimed at gender balance in the STEM field. We also provide a comprehensive guide with more details and a mentor training guide.

How can you define the expectations, both of the mentors and the mentees, and how can you communicate them to the stakeholders?

Matching

Duration

What is the ideal duration of a mentoring program, and what can you do if you do not have the capacity for that?

Relation Type

What are the benefits of one-on-one mentoring and group mentoring?

Delivery Method

In what way is it best to provide mentoring, online, offline, or hybrid, and what are the benefits with each?

Mentor Qualities
